The ability for our software to analyze thousands of signups that have disparate date ranges, passenger counts, and trip types, and automatically match them into full trips.

Cloud Based

Our entire system is hosted on Amazon Web Services. What this means is that our software has extremely high redundancy, almost zero down time, and the ability to grow as fast as you can.

Built in SMS

Our system is integrated with Twillio to provide you with an integrated SMS texting system right within our software. Not ony will you be able to see every message sent or received by you or the customer, but you will also be able to see the automated system messages that our system sends. All organized neatly in chronological order and stored in the customer profile forever.

Manual Operator Entry and Edit

At any time, an operator or agent for your company can manually edit any information about a customer, including date range, trip type, passenger count, or any other option you have setup.

Option Manager

We know that each company has custom options that define your unique way of doing business. The Option Manager allows you to create custom options during sign up. For example, if you were a sport fishing charter, an Option you might want to create would be "ROD RENTALS", where the user can specify the number of rod rentals they need. Responses can be numerical or text, date or date range, true or false.

Multi Trip

One of the best features of our software. Unlike traditional calendar based systems which drive a customer to choose ONE TRIP, our system promoted and attempts to sell MULTIPLE TRIPS. This is how it works. Because we collect a date range instead of just a date, this gives us to offer a trip for each day within the range. Over 10% of your customers will actually book more than one trip using this feature.

Built in CRM

A "User Profile" is created for each customer when they sign up. Within this profile you will find customer contact information, every text or email sent by a human or automated bot, and every trip they have been on. You will have the ability to text or email the customer from directly within the profile. There will be an area as well for agent notes.

Built in Email and Text Broadcast

This feature allows you to send out broadcast email or sms text to one, many, or all of your clients. 

Built in Credit Card Processing

We are partnered with STRIPE to bring you a very competitively priced, reliable, and automatic way to bill your customers. You will have access to detailed logs in the accounting section that show you exactly your botton line.

Built in Reporting

Some of the available reports include billing, signups, assets, and customers. This will give you a birds eye view of all the things that you need to know to run your business.

Support for Muliple Asset Types

Does your company own different kinds of assets? For example if your company had open party trips available for one car, one boat, and one bus. Our software can handle that no problem.

Back-End POS system

Sometimes you have customers who just dont want to click on links or use an automated system. They just want to call it in on the phone to a human. We have got your covered there. Your phone agents have both the ability to create a customer on the fly, manually enter their credit card and bill them, or change any part of their reservation information.

Order Over Phone Capability

Our system has the ability to take an verbal order over the phone automatically. This feature is currently in development.

All Transactions Encrypted

All transactions are 256bit SSL encrypted and all credit card data is securely delivered to STRIPE and not stored locally.

Automated Customer Notification

Upon signup, when a person joins their not full group, when the trip is full, when it is time to pay, and the final confirmation are all completely automated, including the actual collection of payment. All of these system messages, their results, and customer text replies are all shown chronologically in the SMS section of a Customer Profile. 

Automated Review Request

High a lot of five star reviews and no bad reviews is the key to success. The day after a trip is completed our system automatically ask how the trip went. If the automated reply is good it then sends a request for a review. If the automated reply is bad, it forwards you the reason, so you can handle it before it becomes a bad review.

Automated Followup

The best customer is the one you already have. Our system can optionally request the customer to go out with us again at the 30, 90, and 180 day mark after their trip has completed.

Automated Customer Payment

When it comes time to pay a customer is email and text a simple link which opens when clicked to a payment screen. This payment screen summarizes their trip details, and totals. It then allows them to pay using Amex, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. This charge is noted in our software and the monies are immediately processed and should arrive in your account between 3 and 5 business days. No agent or operator interaction is required at any point.

Analytics of Sales, Signups, and Conversions

The Analytics section of our software will show you all relevant signup, signup abandonment, conversion, and sales volume over time. It is presented in graph format, but you can also drill down and see the actual numbers. This page will also breakdown the performance of the company, by asset. 

Automated SMS driven sales cycle.

The entire sales cycle, from the time they sign up until they leave you a five star review 3 days after the charter completed, is fully automated in every way. Using the built in CRM and CUSTOMER PROFILE features, you can see every communication made to or from the customer in one place, in chronological order. 

Add Participant

Add a participant manually to any trip on the admin panel. Any operator with permission can add any participant to any trip, send payment request, confirmation, and book. This allows you to take inbound calls and add them into an existing trip.

Merge Trip

Two trips of the same kind or different kinds on different days with an overlapping date range? Sounds complicated. No problem, just merge the two trips together. Open the first trip, select Merge Trip and choose an applicable trip to merge with. Don't worry about the change in price of a ticket if one group is upgrading, our software will take care of that also. After you merge a trip, you can then book it and send confirmation text and emails automatically.

Create Trip

Suppose somebody has enough people to take an entire asset as a private party. Or maybe you have two phone ins that can be combined into one trip easily. With Create Trip, you have the chance to make a trip from scratch, enter all the partipants, choose all the options, charge all the cards automatically or manually, and book it!

Repeat Customer Management

Tour Specific Chat Room

A chat room where all the participants that are scheduled together on the same asset and departure time,  chat by first name amoungst themself. Optional.

Group Cancel and Refund

In the unfortunate that a charter must be cancelled for weather or mechanical reasons, you can group cancel, alert, and refund entire trips at one time, includind digital recent.

Automated Price Adjustment

If a customer moves or is moved from a less expensive to a more expensive ticket, the system calculates the difference, reaches out to the customer with a payment link, processes it, and finally updates the roster showing the custom marked as paid. 

Refund Tracking and Automation

If you refund a customer , the green checkbox will turn back to an X and they are again unpaid. The system will then generate and deliver by email and text, a digital receipt of their refund. All refunds, and all other transactions, can be viewed in REPORTS as a line item by asset.

Private Party Sales

Just because our software specializes in open  party, does not mean it does not have this capability. If an asset has a maximum number of seats, and their party fills more than half of those seats, the system will automatically offer to make the dharter private at the same ior higher than you would normally sell the private charter for.

User Permissions

Different Permissions can be set for admin, sales, operator, owner, or custom. Also different rolls can have different features. For example, operators can produce printed customer manifest and only owners can view finanances.

Branding

When you become a customer, all brading is your logo and colors, both on the client sign up forms  and agent admin panels.

Take this small piece of html code that we give you and place it on your website. Now customers will have a place to sign up for your services and see your current availability. 

Calendar Summary View

If you or a customer with to see your current calendar in a monthly summary view, you can. Both in the admin panel, and during the sign up process.

Trip Editor

Did a customer call in and want to change thier departure date? Did this break a full trip that was ready? No problem, with the trip editor you can easily replace a lost customer with another. How about this scenario, you want to combine two trips together to make one. Even if the trip types are different you can use the Trip Editor to combine them and then charge the lower paying customers the difference, automatically.

The Customer Editor allows a quick and easy way to edit any customer information, right from within a trip.

Customer Archive

After a customer has completed their tour with you, our system archives thier information for later marketing, or in case they return for another trip.

Digital Manifest and Receipts

Our system provides your customers with a digital receipt and confirmation both by email and text. Our system provides your tour operator with a complete and detail digital manifest providing the name and phone number of all participants.

Data Export

You can export all customer and financial transaction information to the .CSV format at any time. You can also export only filtered subsets of this information.

No customer-side app required.

These days,  nobody wants to install another app on their phone, that is why our entire system runs through primarily SMS with EMAIL as a backup. We send small information and links when actions need to be taken. No app required.
